# Sources overview

> See where new people come from in B2B Signals, and what each source does before anyone is contacted.

A source brings people into your workspace. Use this page to choose the right one and to see what happens to the people it finds.

No source sends a message by finding someone. Sending happens in [campaigns](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/campaigns/overview.md).

## Choose a source

| Source | Use it when | Who it brings |
| - | - | - |
| [Radar](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/sources/radar.md) | You want new people found for you | People who match your brief and have a fresh reason to hear from you |
| [Watchlists](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/sources/watchlists.md) | You already know the companies or people | News about them, and the person who decides at each company |
| [Integrations](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/sources/integrations.md) | Another tool already finds your people | People that tool sends in, with the reason it sent them |
| CSV or one-time import | You have a list today | The people in your file. Open **People**, then **Add people**. See [People overview](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/people/overview.md) |
| [Legacy agents](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/sources/smart-agents.md) | You made agents before Radar | People the old agents find, until Dec 1, 2026 |

## Find the Sources page

Open **Sources**. The top of the page shows how many people your sources found today, or **Nobody new yet today**.

If people are waiting for you, **Review new people** opens them. The line next to it tells you how many are waiting before they can join a campaign.

![Sources page with 18 people found today, Radar running, three watchlists and two integrations](https://mintcdn.com/b2-b-signals-llc/u5yYe4FZtFc5vtD_/images/sources/sources-hub.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=u5yYe4FZtFc5vtD_\&q=85\&s=f1bb68d0af791b0af4e55c68927792ef)

The Sources page: today's count, the Radar row, and the Watchlists and Integrations cards. Numbers are an example.

Each source has its own row or card:

* **Radar** shows its status and today's count. On the Free plan it shows this week's count. The button is **Open Radar**, or **Set up Radar** if you don't have one yet. If its searches keep finding nobody, the row says so, with an **Edit your brief** link. See [When searches keep finding nobody](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/sources/radar.md#when-searches-keep-finding-nobody).
* **Watchlists** shows your watchlists, marked **New today**, **Quiet** or **Paused**. **Open watchlists** opens them.
* **Integrations** shows the tools you can connect. **All integrations** shows the full list.
* **Legacy agents** appears only if your workspace has old agents.

To add something, use **Add a source** and pick **Watchlist**, **Integration** or **CSV or one-time import**.

## Review before campaigns

Review decides whether new people must wait for you before they can join a campaign. Each source has its own setting.

| Source | Default | Where to change it |
| - | - | - |
| Radar | On | On the Radar page, open the **⋯** menu, then [**Where new people go**](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/sources/radar.md#where-new-people-go) |
| Watchlists | Off | In the watchlist's [**Settings**](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/sources/watchlists.md#settings) |
| Integrations | Off | No setting on screen |
| CSV or one-time import | Off | No setting on screen |
| Legacy agents | Off | No setting on screen |

Only owners and admins can change these settings.

With review on:

* A new person waits under **To review** in People.
* They stay out of every campaign, including when someone tries to add them by hand.
* Marking them **Good fit** lets them through. See [Review people](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/people/review.md).

With review off, a new person can join a campaign without being marked first.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Before you turn review off, check which campaigns use the list a source fills. People from a watchlist can join those campaigns on their own. See [Watchlists](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/sources/watchlists.md#how-people-reach-a-campaign).

## On the Free plan

Watchlists aren't part of the Free plan. Radar is, with [weekly limits](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/sources/radar.md#how-many-people-radar-finds). On Free, campaigns don't launch and nothing is pushed to your other tools until you upgrade. See [Plans](https://docs.b2bsignals.ai/getting-started/plans.md).
