Smart Agents and classic agents are legacy. They keep running until Dec 1, 2026. Radar now does what they did, with a brief you can change in plain words. Use this page to decide what to do with yours. What to do: move your agents to Radar before Dec 1, 2026. If you never made an agent, you don’t need this page. See Set up Radar.

What happens on Dec 1, 2026

  • Agents you haven’t moved stop.
  • You can still move them to Radar for 30 days after that date.
  • People they found stay in People and in their lists, whatever you do.

Find your agents

Open Sources. If your workspace has old agents, a strip says they keep running until Dec 1. Press See them to open Legacy agents, which lists each agent, its status and its people in the last 7 days.

Move to Radar

Only an owner or admin can move agents.

Start the move

Press Move them to Radar to move all of them, or pick Move to Radar from one agent’s menu.

Read what changes

The panel lists what Radar will also look for, what it’s already watching, what stays the same and what isn’t carried over.

Confirm

Press Move to Radar, or Not now to leave it. The message that follows has an Undo button.
If you already have a Radar, what the agent looked for is added to its brief. If you don’t, we set up your Radar from what these agents looked for.

What stays the same

  • People they found stay in People.
  • Your lists, and everyone in them.
  • Campaigns using these lists keep sending.
  • The old agents pause. Nothing is deleted.
Moving doesn’t send anything new by itself, and it doesn’t stop campaigns that are already running. To stop those, pause the campaign.

What isn’t carried over

The panel names what doesn’t move for your agents. For example:
  • Website visitors stay in Integrations. Website visitors aren’t available yet.
  • Radar can watch for a limited number of things at a time. The panel lists anything left out.
Review the brief after you move. Radar people wait in To review by default. See Where new people go.

Change your mind

Press Restore on the agent within 30 days. This undoes the brief change and resumes the agent if it was running.

Delete an agent

Choose Delete… and type the agent’s name, then press Delete agent. If it’s running, we pause it first. It stops looking for new people. Everyone it already found stays in People and in its list, and campaigns using that list keep sending. Deleting can’t be undone. If you might want what it looked for, move it to Radar instead.
